Boo-ya!

This is my favorite part about gardening:  harvesting something larger than your fist (and more than a buck at the grocer) that your started from a tiny little seed!  It's miraculous.

This onion was absolutely delicious.  It was also very large!  It's satisfying to know that I planted that seed myself.  I know I am constantly tooting my horn, but at times I can't figure out what we did differently this year to make it work...to actually make things grow!  I'm not gloating.  I'm flabbergasted. Hahaha! 

Oni-oni-ons!

They're growing very well in the wonderful sunshine we have been experiencing! 

Yep, that's an onion!

Would you believe that onions make you run faster?  That's exactly why my babies eat them like apples!  I dare you to challenge them to a foot race.
