Redecorating the Chicken Tractor
We thought we'd gussy the place up a bit! Our poor little tree out back has provided a few low branches for a couple of coat racks, so we thought we would take these two off of the free pile our neighbor had out front. They fit perfectly and look great! The Donnas really enjoy the extra perching options, and they agreed that it really frees up waddling space down below. Heeheehee

The Betsy's
These girls really do just enjoy sitting and eating. That's all I ever see them do! They're getting bigger and bigger everyday. I cannot believe how fast they are changing.

Every farm needs a tractor!
Ours just happens to be a chicken tractor! This is just a fancy way to say portable chicken coop. We can move it all around the yard. The hens seem to like it and our Easter Egger prefers to lay her eggs in that coop instead of the indoor coop. Our Australorp prefers to lay in the bag of feed, but that's a story for another day!

The Betsy's are just hanging out and having some fun in the sun while exploring the chicken tractor.

The Chicken Tractor
Andy fixed up the chicken tractor right before heading out of town, and he did a great job! He added a ladder and a nesting box for our girls and they are enjoying their time in the grass. It's warming up a tad, but should cool off again. I hope they continue to like it even in the cool evenings to come.
